Daisy was amazing, she was gave me the haircut exactly how I showed her in a photo. She washed my head so good I wish I could make an appointment with her everyday!

Checked in on-line. Got to the shop and was on the board as expected. The system then moved me up third in line with a 10 min wait. After another 3 minutes, I got moved down to last on the board with over an hour wait. That was 30 minutes past my original wait time. The system there does not work. No point in making an appointment. If you are just going to get kicked out.

Extremely poor customer service! The stylist had no clue how to ring me up. She kept entering the wrong style haircut and had to have the manager come over to help. I ended up having to drive back to the store because she canceled the transaction. Then what really upset me was she tried to turn around and put the blame on me definitely won’t be back!
